For any return, a non-refundable restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply. This fee covers shipping and some manufacturing costs. Each ring or other piece of jewelry, unless otherwise specified, is custom-made to order with the desired variations: design, wax, mold, casting, polishing, and gem setting.
Refunds will be processed once the products are returned to us in their original condition. This policy is standard for all customers and for all custom-made jewelry items.
Custom designs were created especially for you and therefore are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If an item is deemed to be defective due to our manufacturing, we will gladly replace or repair it at no additional cost or shipping charges.
