Generally, all custom jewelry, engravings, and special orders will be sent to production 8 hours after payment is received. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a processing fee.

- If the cancellation is made less than 8 hours after the order was placed, there will be no cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is made between 8 and 24 hours after the order was placed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the cancellation is made 24 hours after the order was placed, there would be a 30% cancellation fee.
