WARRANTY TERMS
- The customer will be responsible for the shipping/return fee of the items back to Luya.
- The customer should contact one of Luya's representatives by simply clicking on the live chat icon or via WhatsApp: +51 944227778 to obtain the return shipping address when you send the items.
- The customer must ensure that the items are securely packaged before returning them. Luya will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- When returning items, the customer must use a trackable shipping method. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
- Luya reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear and tear," as determined by our jewelry professionals.
