Warranty policy

LUYA:

We fully stand behind the products we manufacture and sell. Therefore, all our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date the original order was received.

WARRANTY TERMS

  1. The customer will be responsible for the shipping/return fee of the items back to Luya.
  2. The customer should contact one of Luya's representatives by simply clicking on the live chat icon or via WhatsApp: +51 944227778 to obtain the return shipping address when you send the items.
  3. The customer must ensure that the items are securely packaged before returning them. Luya will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  4. When returning items, the customer must use a trackable shipping method. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
  5. Luya reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear and tear," as determined by our jewelry professionals.
